Yoga
“The goal of yoga is not the handstand! The yoga pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible is not the goal. Standing on your head is not the goal. The goal is to create some space where you feel stuck… Come to your yoga mat to feel; not to accomplish.”*
Let the gift of tuning into your body, feed your soul.
